Dear Kesminlix, Hi, I'm your buddy for the Happy Holidays gift exchange. At first I wasn't sure what to make, so I took some time to explore the world, Great Bear, you mentioned that you've been playing. Wow, what a fun world. As I and my tester sim Cherri explored I noticed an empty lot on the island in the river and an idea sparked. I suddenly knew just what to build, as I started building I realized that I needed to take it one small step further to really achieve the feel I wanted. Presenting Juniper Farm Park The family that sold the park to the town had only one request. To leave the last stand of juniper trees on the property. The town council had no problems with the request as the land suited the needs for a small park with seasonal activities throughout the year. While the original, structurally unsound, barn was removed, the slightly newer tool shed was converted to a small community room with restrooms in the back half. Lot Details: 20x30 zoned as a small park, if you would like for your sims to own the lot you will need to rezone it for hangout or other own-able lot type. Spring Summer Fall Winter Your park comes with two options:
Here is why a fenced option.
